Orange & Garlic Grilled Lamb Chops

3 lbs lamb chops

3/4 cup pure orange juice

2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 Tbsp onion flakes

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground coriander

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/4 cup cold pressed oil

Lemon juice and zest from 1 lemon

Add all ingredients (except the meat) to a glass bowl. Stir well. Add the lamb chops; move the chops around so the marinade coats them well. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (recommended overnight). Remove meat from refrigerator 20 minutes before grilling it.

Heat up the grill. Grill on each side 5-8 minutes depending on thickness. Transfer to a plate and let the lamb chops rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
